You can also obtain a report at Police Headquarters at 1490 Franklin Avenue, Mineola, NY, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., at a cost of $25.00. At Police Headquarters, debit cards, credit cards, or money orders are accepted; however, no cash or personal checks are accepted, and the American Express card is not accepted.
