The Fifth Squad is investigating Public Lewdness that occurred on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 7:48 am in Elmont.
According to detectives, a 15-year-old female Elmont High School student was walking to school north on 240 th Street. In the vicinity of 117th road she was walking behind an unknown male black subject at which time the subject turned around and began performing a lewd act. The victim then walked away in the opposite direction and called the Nassau County Police. There were no injuries reported.
The subject is described as being male, black, 5’10” tall, black coat, black boots, and blue jeans.
