The First Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 11:24 pm in Baldwin.

According to Detectives, a 49-year-old male was operating a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon   eastbound on Grand Terrace Avenue where his vehicle left the roadway, striking a fence and then a home located at 917 Grand Terrace Avenue causing exterior damage. The driver of the vehicle was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician. The residence was occupied at the time of the incident but no injuries were reported.  

The investigation is ongoing.
