The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 7:30 am in Hempstead and was reported to Police on Friday, December 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm.

According to Detectives, Yarlet Barrera, 15, was last seen in Hempstead. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’3” tall, approximately 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing description and destination are unknown.

Detective’s request anyone with information regarding the above Missing Juvenile to contact the Nassau County Missing Persons Squad at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
