The Public Information Office reports the details of a Fire that occurred at 5:50pm on Saturday, December 23, 2023 in Baldwin.

According to Detectives, Officers responded to a residence on Grace Street where the homeowner observed a heavy smoke condition in a second-floor bedroom; all occupants had exited the residence.  The Baldwin Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.  The Nassau County Fire Marshall and Arson Bomb Squad Detectives responded to the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
