The Eighth Squad reports the arrest of a Farmingdale man for an Assault that occurred on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 1:57 a.m. in Farmingdale.
According to Detectives, Officers responded to the vicinity of Conklin Street and Main Street for reports of a male causing a disturbance. Officers located defendant Bryan Flores, 36, of 736 Conklin Street, who was cursing and screaming in the roadway causing others to fear for their safety. One Officer sustained an injury during the course of the arrest as the defendant was violent and combative while resisting arrest. The Officer was transported to a local area hospital. The defendant was also transported to a local area hospital for a medical evaluation.
Defendant Flores is charged with Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, Pedestrian Failing to use a Sidewalk, Resisting Arrest, Assault 3rd Degree, Harassment 2nd Degree, and Assault 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
