The Fourth Squad reports the Arrest of three individuals for multiple Grand Larcenies that occurred between Saturday, November 25, 2023 and Friday, December 15, 2023 throughout Nassau County.
According to Detectives, the three defendants acted in consort to enter the following Sephora stores, remove merchandise from the shelves, place it into backpacks, pass all points of purchase without attempting to pay for the merchandise and then enter a white colored 2011 BMW and flee the scene.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023 the responding Officer dispatched a description of the subjects that had just committed the larceny. A short time later, Officers observed the vehicle with the subjects inside the vehicle and initiated a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop at Oceanside Avenue and Cypress Avenue. Subsequent to the investigation, defendant Rickardo Wallace, 22, of 14627 230th Street Springfield Gardens, defendant Devon Findlay, 30, of 742 Norstrand Avenue Brooklyn and defendant Shakair Moncrieffe, 25, of 80 E 93rd Street Apt., Brooklyn were arrest without incident. The proceeds of the 12/15/23 larceny were recovered inside of the vehicle.
Defendants Rickardo Wallace, Devon Findlay and Shakair Moncrieffe are each charged with six (6) counts of Grand Larceny 3rd Degree. They will be arraigned on Saturday, December 16, 2023 in First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
