The Major Case Bureau reports on an Arson that occurred on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 5:13 AM in East Meadow.

According to Arson/Bomb Squad Detectives, an unknown subject walked up to an empty parked 2007 Mercedes located on Nancy Drive. The subject pulled out an ignited object and threw it at the Mercedes, causing it to go up in flames. The subject then fled the scene. The East Meadow Fire Department responded to scene and put out the flames. No injuries reported at scene. Arson Bomb Squad and Fire Marshals responded to scene. The investigation is ongoing.
