The Arson Bomb Squad reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 8:30 pm in West Hempstead.

According to Detectives, Officers responded to a working building fire located at 126 Hempstead Turnpike. Upon arrival, Officers observed the business to be fully engulfed in flames. The Elmont Fire Department along with several additional Fire Departments arrived and extinguished the fire. The building was unoccupied at the time. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and Arson Bomb Squad Detectives responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.
