The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2:45 pm in Hempstead and was reported to police on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 10:05 pm.  

According to Detectives, Missing Maria Garcia, 13, was last seen leaving her Hempstead residence. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’2”, 95 lbs., with brown eyes and red hair. Her clothing description and destination are unknown.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above Missing Juvenile to contact the Nassau County Police Departments Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
