The First Squad reports the details of a Serious Vehicular Accident that occurred on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 11:13 pm in Freeport.
According to Detectives, a 19-year-old male was crossing Sunrise Highway at the intersection of Bayview Avenue when he was struck by a dark colored SUV that was traveling northbound on Bayview Avenue. The vehicle fled the scene westbound on Sunrise Highway. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is in critical condition. The investigation is ongoing.
