The Fifth Squad reports the details of an Arrest that occurred at 6:00pm on Sunday, December 10, 2023 in Hempstead.

According to Detectives, Defendant Andre Christmas, 55, of 1234 Pembroke Street Uniondale was located at 150 W. Columbia Street Hempstead; he was placed under arrest at 6:00pm for the following crimes committed at various 7-11 Stores throughout Nassau County.  No injuries were reported.

11/19/23 – 552 Franklin Avenue Franklin Square, proceeds $1300.00 USC of cigarettes

11/21/23 – 310 Hempstead Avenue Hempstead, proceeds $678.00 USC of cigarettes

11/27/23 – 310 Hempstead Avenue Hempstead, proceeds $44.00 USC of cigarettes

11/27/23 – 83 Franklin Avenue Valley Stream, proceeds $2900.00 USC of cigarettes

12/03/23 – 2259 Jerusalem Avenue North Bellmore, proceeds $1143.00 of cigarettes

12/08/23 – 2663 Jerusalem Avenue North Bellmore, proceeds $549.00 of cigarettes

12/09/23 – 83 Franklin Avenue Valley Stream, proceeds $4374.00 of cigarettes

Defendant Andre Christmas is charged with Robbery 1^st Degree, Robbery 3^rd Degree, Grand Larceny 3^rd Degree, two counts of Grand Larceny 4^th Degree and two counts of Petit Larceny.  He will be arraigned on December 11, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
