Third Precinct Officers report the arrest of an Elmhurst man and a Pennsylvania woman for multiple larcenies that occurred on Sunday, December 24, 2023 in Williston Park.

According to Police, numerous calls were received for stolen packages in the area. In each instance an unknown subject walked up to the front door of the location, removed the packages and fled scene in a Chevrolet. Upon further investigation, Officers located Charles Frisoulis, 50, of 90-58 51^st Avenue, Elmhurst and Christine Frisoulis, 55, of Avington, Pennsylvania and placed them under arrested without incident. Defendant Christine Frisoulis was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, a clear glass pipe containing a burnt substance believed to be Methamphetamine and unprescribed Hydrocodone pills. It was also determined that Defendant Charles Frisoulis was in violation of an active Order of Protection.

Defendant Charles Frisoulis is charged with two counts of Petit Larceny, two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5^th Degree and Criminal Contempt 1^st Degree.  Defendant Christine Frisoulis is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5^th Degree and two counts of Petit Larceny. They will be arraigned on Monday, December 25, 2023 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
