The Public Information Office reports the details of a large Vehicular Disturbance that occurred on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 9:40 pm in Valley Stream.

According to police, a large-scale illegal vehicle rally occurred Green Acres Mall located at 500 West Sunrise Highway.  Patrol Officers and the Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Unit responded to the scene.  Forty (40) summonses were issued, two (2) vehicles were impounded and one (1) arrest was made.

Defendant Justin Walcott, 26, 11744 193^rd Street, Saint Albans, was charged with Forgery of a Vehicle Identification Number, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2^nd Degree and was issued multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law Summonses.  He will be arraigned on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at First District Court, Hempstead.
