The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 6:00 pm in Massapequa and was reported to police at 9:00 pm.

According to Detectives, Carlos Hernandez, 15, was last seen leaving his Massapequa residence. He is described as a male, Hispanic, 5’6”, approximately 140 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a gold-colored bracelet and was carrying a black backpack with white lines. Missing may be riding a bluish-grey bicycle. His destination is unknown. 

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above Missing Juvenile to contact the Nassau County Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
