The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 11:24 p.m. in Uniondale.

According to detectives, a male black subject and two female Hispanic subjects were inside McDonalds located at 1110 Hempstead Turnpike and began to cause a disturbance. As the subjects exited the store the male subject removed a lap top computer from a customer sleeping at a table and the cellphone from a second sleeping customer at a separate table. After being made aware of the theft one of the male victims, 58 followed the subjects to Manor Parkway and McKenna Avenue where he confronted the subjects and demanded his laptop back. The male subject sprayed the victim in the face with a chemical agent causing pain and swelling to his face and eyes. All three then fled on foot in an unknown direction with the proceeds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries.
