The First Squad reports the arrest of a Hempstead man for Public Lewdness that occurred on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 8:00 PM in South Hempstead.

According to detectives, Defendant Elvis Maldonado, 43, of 67 Dietz Street was at a South Hempstead residence where he was observed by a female victim, 32, exposing himself and touching his genitals in the victim’s backyard. After a thorough investigation, the defendant was located and placed under arrest without incident.

Defendant Elvis Maldonado is charged with Public Lewdness and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at First District Court in Hempstead.
