The First Squad reports the arrest of a male Juvenile for a Robbery that occurred on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in Uniondale.

According to Detectives, Officers responded to Turtle Hook Middle School located at 975 Jerusalem Avenue for a robbery that occurred on the soccer field. The defendant approached a 13-year-old male victim and displayed a knife placing him in fear for his safety. The defendant then forcibly removed the victim’s sweatshirt and fled the scene. A short time later, officers located the defendant and arrested him without incident.

Defendant is charged with Robbery 1^st degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon on school grounds and Menacing 2^nd degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, May 14, 2024 at Family Court.
