The Second Squad reports the arrests of two males for an incident that occurred between Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 6:00 AM in Jericho.

According to Detectives, Officers responded to a Larceny report of copper wire at Getty Terminal Corp located at 125 Jericho Turnpike. After a thorough investigation was conducted, two employees, Defendants Carlos Hernandez, 35, of 25-107 71^st Avenue, Bellerose and Hugo Ayala, 23, of 4 Nassau Boulevard, Malverne were arrested without incident. 

Defendants Carlos Hernandez and Hugo Ayala are charged with Burglary 3^rd Degree and Grand Larceny 2^nd Degree. They will be arraigned on Friday, May 17, 2024 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
