Homicide Squad Detectives report the details of a fatal Vehicular Accident involving a motorcycle that occurred on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 3:50 pm in Garden City.

According to detectives, a 28-year-old male operating a 2021 Kawasaki motorcycle was involved in a collision with a 2007 Lexus, being operated by 66-year-old male on Old Country Road in the vicinity of Prescott Street.

As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.  The male operator of the 2007 Lexus was transported to a local area hospital for minor injuries. 

The investigation is ongoing.
