The First Squad reports the arrest of a Freeport man on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 5:00 PM, for multiple incidents that occurred throughout Nassau County between May 2023 and October 2023.

According to detectives, an extensive investigation led to the arrest of Victor S. Garrison Jr, 23, of 18 Robert Street. The investigation revealed that Defendant Garrison was responsible for three (3) residential burglaries that occurred on the following dates:

• September 19, 2023 – Nostrand Avenue, Uniondale
• September 21, 2023 – Grand Avenue, Baldwin
• October 2, 2023 – Lincoln Avenue, Roosevelt

Detectives determined that the defendant also removed victims credit cards and identifications from multiple autos and utilized them to make unauthorized purchases.

Defendant Victor S. Garrison Jr is charged with four (4) counts of Burglary 2^nd Degree, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession Stolen Property 4^th Degree, four (4) counts of Grand Larceny 4^th Degree, two (2) counts of Grand Larceny 3^rd Degree, two (2) counts of Petit Larceny, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2^nd Degree, four (4) counts of Identity Theft 3^rd Degree, two (2) counts of Unauthorized use of a Vehicle 3^rd Degree and two (2) counts of Criminal Mischief 2^nd Degree. He will be arraigned Saturday, July 6, 2024 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
