The Third Squad reports the arrest of a South Farmingdale man for an incident that occurred on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 12:55 a.m. in East Meadow.

According to Detectives, Third Precinct Officers responded to Nassau University Medical Center located at 2201 Hempstead Turnpike to assist with a combative individual. While attempting to calm down defendant Andrew Odonohue, 37, of 852 Main Street, he did intentionally kick and strike an Officer in the face causing substantial pain. Officers placed the defendant under arrest without incident.

Defendant Odonohue is charged with Assault 2^nd Degree. He will be arraigned when medically practical.
