The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of two Baldwin men for a Grand Larceny that occurred in Massapequa at 5:25pm on Sunday, November 30, 2014.

According to Detectives, two Police Officers on patrol observed the two defendants in the parking lot of the Westfield Mall located at 850 Sunrise Highway. The defendant’s suspicious activity led to the Officers questioning the defendants and resulted in their arrests. It was determined that the defendants had made purchases in Walmart and Champs in an excess of $1900.00 using a stolen credit card.
Defendant Terrell Fuller, 24, of 3192 Grand Avenue and Daiyquan Webb, 24, of 3476 Milburn Avenue are both charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Identity Theft and Forgery 2nd Degree. Additionally, Fuller is charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and Webb is charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree. The defendants will be arraigned on Monday, December 1, 2014 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
