The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of a Cedarhurst man for having an open warrant on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 1:50 AM in Cedarhurst.
According to Detectives, a Fourth Precinct Police Officer was on routine patrol when he recognized the defendant as being the subject wanted in a pattern of threats to life against numerous members of the Jewish community, that included several rabbis and Nassau County Police Department members. The Police Officer stopped the defendant, Bradley Goldberg, 47, of 533 Oakland Avenue, at the intersection of Rockaway Turnpike and West Broadway and he was placed into custody without further incident.
Bradley Goldberg is charged with two (2) counts of Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, six (6) counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Coercion 3rd Degree, four (4) counts of Stalking 4th Degree, seven (7) counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree, and one (1) count of Arrest Without a Warrant. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in Mineola.
