The First Squad reports the details of (3) three arrests for a Burglary that occurred on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 12:12 pm in Rockville Centre.

According to detectives, Rockville Centre officers received a call for suspicious vehicle on the corner of Raymond Street and Sherman Avenue. Officers located Fabrice Lafleur, 23 and Jashira Rodriguez, 23 both of 3337 Harbor Point Road, Baldwin in a 1995 BMW with an undisclosed amount of a controlled substance. During the investigation, the officers hear a resident on Sherman Avenue call out for police and see a black male running from the residence, with a bag and enter an unknown vehicle from scene. Further investigation revealed the two defendants were working in concert with John Robinson, 23, of 544 Grant Avenue, Baldwin who was located at his residence and placed in custody.

During the ensuing investigation it was determined the defendants were responsible for an additional burglary on Rutland Road, Rockville Centre on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.

The investigation is ongoing.

All three defendants are charged with two (2) counts of Burglary 2nd degree and defendant Lafleur was additional charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Lafleur and Rodriguez were arraigned on Saturday, October 17, 2018 at First District Court in Hempstead. Robinson will be arraigned on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
