The Third Squad reports the details of a Robbery which occurred on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:22 P.M. in Hempstead.
According to detectives, a male black suspect, 20-25 years of age, 5’ 10” tall with a thin build wearing a baseball hat, jeans and sneakers entered the BP gas station located at 771 Peninsula Boulevard and displayed a dark handgun to the employee behind the counter. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction. The employee was alone inside the store at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.
