The Fourth Squad reports the details of a Serious Aided Incident that occurred on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:25 am.
According to detectives, a 30 year old male working at A+Laundry located at 224 Lawrence Avenue was trying to fix a factory steam and iron machine when his left hand became jammed in the rollers. Coworkers using a crow bar were able to pry the victim’s left hand out of the machinery along with separating the rollers the victim had his hand caught in. Fourth Precinct Police responded and transported the victim in a Nassau County Police Ambulance to a local hospital and treated for severe burns.
