The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred in Roosevelt on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 7:20 am.
According to detectives, a 24 year old male was walking west on Lakewood Avenue in the vicinity of Rose Avenue when he was approached by two male blacks that demanded his cash.
Subject one displayed a knife and punched the victim in his face before taking his red wallet that contained an undetermined amount of US currency and credit cards. The two male subjects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim suffered a swollen face and refused medical attention.
Subject one is described as being male, black, 6’2” tall, stocky build, dark hooded sweatshirt.
Subject two is described as being male, black, 5’10” tall, stocky build, dark hooded sweatshirt.
